Giant phyllodes: diagnosis and treatment

چکیده
Los Tumores Phyllodes son patologÃas mamarias poco frecuentes con histologÃa estromal y epitelial, dividiéndose en benignos, borderline o malignos. Se desarrollan más frecuentemente pacientes entre los 35-55 años de edad, representando el 0.3%-1% tumores primarios la mama. ClÃnicamente se caracterizan por aparición una masa indolora, firme, multilobulada crecimiento rápido que puede llegar a alcanzar un gran tamaño, denominándose gigantes cuando superan 10 cm diámetro. El diagnóstico realiza estudio anatomopatológico mediante biopsia radioguiada las pruebas imagen mamarias. tratamiento elección es cirugÃa conservadora radical, márgenes resección libres enfermedad, mayor 1 cm, radioterapia adyuvante sobre lecho tumoral. Presentamos caso paciente Tumor maligno gigante mama izquierda, exéresis margen seguridad reconstrucción inmediata.
